Our signature red wine, Boca Nera (stained mouth), is an entirely hand crafted wine made from judiciously hand–picked grapes. It undergoes a long maturation time in American oak barrels and has deep dark purple tints, hints of smoky tobacco and flavours of black fruit. DeChaunac 2013 (glass/bottle)
A red wine made from some of the oldest vines in Niagara, (40 years of age), tasting notes of caramel, strawberry and red fruits will astound you. Aged in American oak, this wine has very balanced acidity and tannins and works extremely well with saucy Italian dishes and barbecue. Will be released shortly.
